Terms of Service

By creating an account on Wamenta you agree to these Terms of Service. Wamenta is operated by Teebah Media Village Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Wamenta provides AI-powered tools for creating and selling knowledge products including books, guides, workbooks, and content. We provide the platform. You provide the knowledge and direction. The outputs belong to you. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

You must be 18 years or older to use Wamenta. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person. You may not share your account credentials with others.

Wamenta operates on a subscription basis. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method on the billing cycle you selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

You own everything you create on Wamenta. The content you input and the outputs you generate belong to you. You grant Wamenta a limited licence to process your inputs for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

You may not use Wamenta to: — Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal — Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others — Create content intended to deceive or harm other people — Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform — Share your account access with others — Generate academic work for submission as your own when your institution prohibits this We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Wamenta does not take a commission on products you sell through your Personal Storefront. You receive 100% of what your buyers pay, subject only to any payment processing fees charged by your payment provider. This policy applies to direct sales through your Wamenta storefront. External sales made through third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' terms.

Wamenta is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before using or publishing it. AI-generated content may contain errors. Academic content generated by Wamenta should be reviewed for accuracy before submission. Wamenta is a writing tool, not a substitute for professional academic or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teebah Media Village Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wamenta. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Wamenta after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
