Who We Are
Wamenta is a product of Teebah Media Village Ltd. We operate the platform at wamenta.com. When this policy says "Wamenta", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to Teebah Media Village Ltd and the Wamenta platform.

What Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the information you provide during onboarding such as your area of expertise and target audience.
When you use our tools, we process the content you provide — including text, documents, research materials, and any other inputs — in order to generate the outputs you request.
When you make a payment, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) handles your payment information. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
We collect standard usage data including pages visited, tools used, and session information to improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
— Operate and improve the Wamenta platform
— Send you account-related emails including receipts, trial reminders, and product updates
— Provide customer support when you contact us
— Process your subscription payments through our payment processor
— Understand how our tools are being used so we can make them better
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Your Content
Everything you create on Wamenta belongs to you. Your books, guides, workbooks, dissertations, and any other content generated using your inputs remain your intellectual property.
We process your inputs to generate outputs but we do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database provider with enterprise-grade security. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Cookies
Wamenta uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Third-Party Services
Wamenta uses the following third-party services to operate:
— Supabase: database and authentication
— Lemon Squeezy: payment processing
— Resend: email delivery
— Anthropic: AI generation
— Vercel: hosting
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
— Access the personal information we hold about you
— Correct inaccurate information
— Request deletion of your account and associated data
— Export your data
— Opt out of non-essential communications
